Who/What is Rhyous?
Rhyous is me and my name is Jared Barneck. Rhyous is my alias and my username on everything pretty much. If you are on any blog or community and see a post from Rhyous, it is likely one of my posts.
I currently work full-time as a Lead and Principal Software Engineer where I mostly develop in Visual Studio using C# and code cloud microservices.
How is Rhyous pronounced?
Two silables. Think of Rhy as RI, where I says its own name, pronounced as the rye in rye bread. Think of “ous” as the word us.

What are my interests?
I like technology. I like learning about technology. I like open source, but unlike many who are into open source, I am not a Microsoft hater. I like FreeBSD and Linux as well as Microsoft products. In fact, I am C# developer. I have a lot of open source code on my github site: https://github.com/rhyous

Ok lets face it. Whatever it is, I like learning about it. If I could learn all day long, I would be in heaven.
I believe in God
It is important that you know that extreme intelligence and logic does not mean that God doesn’t exist. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I believe in God, the Eternal Father, and in his son Jesus Christ.
